You will need:

  • A regular or large bowl
  • Boiling water
  • Essential oil (Peppermint/Eucalyptus/Tea Tree)
  • Towel

Directions:

  1. Pour boiling water into the bowl to make a steam bath.
  2. Add 3-5 drops of essential oil (Peppermint/Eucalyptus/Tea Tree) into the bowl.
  3. Place your head over the bowl and inhale the steam infused Peppermint scent until the stuffiness subsides.
