Please ensure you include photos of the damaged item(s) and the external carton box photos (top, front & side views) as is relevant to the damage. We will review and contact with you with the next steps to resolve the issue.

If you'd like to confirm whether your return will be eligible for free return shipping, please contact our customer service team directly. Unfortunately, we are not able to cover return postage fees on all return types.
If you change your mind on an item, you can return it for an exchange. The item must be returned within 7 days be in its original, sealed, undamaged packaging. Given the nature of our products, the product must not have been used in any way.
