GERANIUM IN SKIN CARE

Tighten and tone skin: Geranium essential oil can be used in skin care to prevent loose or saggy skin as it has natural functions as an astringent – making blood vessels, skin, and tissue contract.

Fade Scars: Geranium promotes skin cell regeneration and is particularly noted for its ability to fade scars and dark spots. In addition, it encourages blood circulation in the dermis layer and even distribution of melanin (pigment), ensuring a uniform skin tone throughout your body. It should be noted that Geranium can also help to stop excessive bleeding.

Reduce Wrinkles: Geranium oil minimises wrinkles by tightening the facial skin and softening creases. With proper use, you can prevent muscles and skin from sagging and slow down the effects of ageing. It also has anti-haemorrhagic activity:

  • How to use for face care

  • How to use for body care
Use no more than 4 to 5 drops for every 5ml of body lotion or carrier oil. Apply the mixture all over skin and pat dry or allow full absorption. Read more about essential oil dilution and how much you should mix.
