The shipping rates and respective delivery dates are automatically calculated after you’ve entered your address during check out. You can choose the option that meets your preferences best. Faster delivery typically incur higher shipping costs. Please keep in mind that we will require 5-7 days to prepare your parcel before shipping.
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. There will Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Order status updates and order notes (if any) will also be sent through email.
Shipping time from Singapore to Australia: 8 - 10 business days depending on your location. The delivery duration might be extended if there is any occurrence of public holiday(s).
We have kept the shipping attractive by offering a flat rate of AUD$ 9.90 for any order above AUD$ 110 including GST. Depending on the size of your order, we may separate the products to be delivered via several parcels to ensure safest handling and delivery of your order. You will only pay for one shipment but you may receive various parcels at different delivery times.
Once your order has been picked up by our courier, we will provide you with a tracking number to check on the status of your delivery. Please note that once the parcel has been handed to the shipping courier, we do not have control over the handling and delivery time. Customers are best advised to track their parcel via the details provided, and if required, contact the courier for further information.
It isHYSSESresponsibility to make sure that the item is securely packed with ample cushioning such as sponge or bubble wrap. If you have opened the packaging and found that your item is broken or damaged, please take a photo of the damages immediately and contact us within 7 days at:
Please ensure you include photos of the damaged item(s) and the external carton box photos (top, front & side views), as is relevant to the damage. If the feedback on damaged item(s) exceeded our policy timeframe of 7 days, we are unable to offer any rectification solutions based due to the service agreement with our freight agents.
Please do not dispose of any item(s) or packaging until we have responded, as we may need to examine or investigate further. Please refer to our Return & Warranty Policy for more information.
HYSSES is not liable for any loss of products during shipping. Please contact the shipping courier for assistance if you have not received your parcel after the estimated delivery time.
