Remedies, Memory Enhancement

Lavender, Frankincense
The floral, fresh and soothing scent of lavender, frankincense and rosemary is particularly uplifting and calming for better concentration and memory recall.
    Contain oils to strengthen the brain and enhance your memory.

    Lavender: This calming and soothing scent comes with analgesic, antidepressant, antiseptic, antibiotic, bactericidal, decongestant, hypotensive, insect-repellent, sedative and vemifuge properties. In addition, it helps to enhance the state of balance in our body and aids in insomnia.

    Frankincense: High in sesquiterpenes, a compound that oxygenates the brain and can boost mood, Frankincense has the potential to improve spatial memory retention. Many research studies has shown that Frankincense improves memory in different models of learning. These research studies were based on the memory retrieval assessment to conclude the therapeutic effect of Frankincense on memory enhancement. 

    Other than its role as a memory booster, it is also  proven to be an effective beauty ingredient that tones and regenerates skin while eliminating toxins, water retention, and symptoms of Pre-Menstrual Syndrome (PMS) such as nausea and abdominal cramps.

    Rosemary: Since ancient times, Rosemary was traditionally used to help improve memory, boost the immune system, and promote hair growth. A research done on 53 students found an improvement of memory in terms of images and numbers when Rosemary is being applied. Another similar study published in Psychogeriatrics, also tested the effects of rosemary oil on 28 elderly dementia and Alzheimers patients and found that its properties can prevent and slow Alzheimers disease. While Rosemary shows some promising results in memory booster, it is after-all an aromatherapy oil which plays an important role in lowering anxiety and that may definitely increase the ability to concentrate.
  • In a Nebuliser
    Add 30 to 40 drops (1.5 – 2ml) in a nebuliser.

    In an Oil Burner
    Add 10 drops (0.2ml) to warm water in the bowl of a burner. Light a tealight candle and place in the hearth of the burner. The heat will allow the scent to diffuse and fill the room. If you using an electric burner, you can control the heat by using the dimmer.

    Add 10 drops (0.2ml) to 15 ~ 25ml of a carrier oil. Massage deeply into muscle and pressure points.

    Always store in dark glass bottle (preferably amber) and in a cool and dark place away from heat and sunlight.


    Keep out of reach from children and pets. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not ingest. Please diluted with carrier oil before applying on skin and perform a patch test to observe allergic reactions before use. Not recommended for use with plastic, finished wood, or painted surfaces - remove if in contact.
