Heating Methods
Steam: Steam the Herbal Compress by placing it on an Herbal Compress Warmer or a steamer for 5 to 10 mins. Use an inner tray to keep the Herbal Compress from being immersed in the water.
Microwave: Lightly spray water on the base of the Herbal Compress. Heat the compress in the microwave oven for 15 to 30 secs on high heat. Do not microwave the Herbal Compress for longer than 1 minute.
Massage Directions: Using the Herbal Compress, gently apply pressure on your shoulder and back in circular motions to enjoy its therapeutic effects. Depending on your bodys needs, you may tap, pound, roll, or dab the Herbal Compress over the body.
Storage Tips: When not in use, allow the Herbal Compress to dry before storing in an airtight container or a resealable bag. Keep the sealed compress in the fridge to prolong its shelf life.
