Directions To heat a herbal compress Fill the bowl of the burner to the just under the dish plate. brim with warm water. Adding essential oil is optional. Place a tealight candle and place into the hearth of the burner. The heat from the flame will heat the water to add steam . Diffusion will be continuous until all the water or oil has evaporated.
To use as a burner Fill the bowl of the burner halfway or three quarters with warm water. Add 10 to 15 drops of your favourite essential oil.
