Simply spend  SGD $300 or more at any of our HYSSES boutiques within 60 days to qualify as a VIP member. Receipts can be accumulated as long as they are dated within 60 days and amount to  SGD $300 in total. As a VIP, you can get 10% off all regular-priced items, and a 0ne-time 20% off on your birthday month. All purchases (except birthday month purchase) will be eligible for a 1% rebate in HYSSES $ which you can use to offset your next bill.

VIP Membership
Your HYSSES VIP membership is country specific and cannot be utilised in other countries.
All receipts that are intended for accumulation must be wholly made in the intended country to qualify for a VIP membership.
All receipts that are intended for accumulation must be at regular price without any membership discounts.
Additional 10% VIP membership discounts will not be applied to promotional offers unless otherwise stated.
Transactions involving redemption of 20% birthday month discount is not eligible for receipt accumulation for new VIP enrollment.

Only the year-long 10% discount on the regular price item entitlement can be shared with HYSSES members’ friends and family members. HYSSES membership number has to be presented to our retail assistant during the point of purchase to validate the discount. Discount will not be processed after receipt has been issued.

Friends and family members of a member will not be entitled to redeem the member’s birthday month discount or utilise the rewards points.
Purchases made with a member’s privileges will not qualify for receipt accumulation for new VIP enrollment.

Your HYSSES VIP membership never expires. As long as you have been registered or upgraded to a VIP status, you will always be our VIP. Do note that VIPs who have not made a purchase in five years will be marked as “inactive”. To become an active member again, simply make a purchase or inform us!

Head down to any HYSSES boutiques and approach any of our friendly staff to utilise your one-time 20% discount on your Birthday month.

If you are unable to utilize your 20% discount during your Birthday month, you can authorize a friend or family member to utilize the discount on your behalf before the end of your Birthday Month. To do so, head down to any outlet to request for an authorisation form. Once completed, your friend or family member may utilize the 20% discount on your behalf.

Alternatively, you may wish to email customer.care@hysses.com to request for a soft copy of the form and we will be able to authorise your birthday month discount once the form has been submitted together with all necessary documents.

Birthday Month Discount
Birthday Month discount is a one-time purchase and is valid only during member’s birthday month every year.
Birthday Month discount cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions/ discounts/ privileges and/or vouchers unless stated otherwise.
Purchases utilising the Birthday Month Discount will not be entitled to the point-accumulation of HYSSES $.

Extensions for the birthday month discount benefit are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Members who wish to extend their birthday month discount can send an email to customer.care@hysses.com with a valid reasons and supporting documents (e.g. flight ticket). Extensions of birthday month discount will only be validated upon approval by HYSSES.

As a VIP, you can earn a 1% rebate in the form of HYSSES $ when you make a purchase from our physical boutiques. HYSSES $ are calculated with 2 decimal places, rounded down.
E.g. Spend SGD $100 = HYSSES $1; Spend SGD $10 = HYSSES $0.10

HYSSES $ expire 12 months after the date of transaction.

Accumulation of HYSSES $
Purchases utilising the Birthday Month Discount will not be entitled to the accumulation of HYSSES $.
HYSSES $ are non-transferable and non-refundable.
HYSSES $ will not be issued when payment is made with any forms of vouchers.
HYSSES $ will not be issued for transactions involving membership registration.
HYSSES $ accumulation is applicable for all purchases except repair parts/services, workshop fees/services, shipping charges, or online and birthday month purchases.
HYSSES $ may be earned with purchases made via the e-store (within the country of membership registration).
HYSSES $ will not be issued on shipping charges.

HYSSES $ redemption can be done at our physical boutiques. VIPs will not be able to redeem HYSSES $ in the e-store at this moment. The member must present his or her NRIC for verification at point of sale as HYSSES $ can only be redeemed by the member in person.

The balance in the HYSSES $ can be utilised to offset the total bill from the purchase.

Our membership portal is currently offline. You may visit any of our boutiques and our staff will be able to inform you of your latest HYSSES $ balance. Otherwise, you may also send an email to customer.care@hysses.com to request for an update.

You may wish to visit any of our boutiques and our friendly staff will be able to change/update your personal particulars for you directly into the system. Otherwise, simply email us.

During registration of membership, you might have missed out the option to tick receive promotions via email/SMS/mail or excluded your email address in the membership form. You may visit any of our outlets and our friendly staff will assist you or log into your membership portal to update your communication preferences. Alternatively, simply email us.

Webstore FAQ

As our e-store is still in beta–launch, direct customer login or integration has not yet been implemented. Rest assured that we are constantly working to improve it.

To find out how much HYSSES Rewards $ balance you have, simply pop into any store to ask or email us.

If you are an existing HYSSES VIP, simply use your email address registered with us upon check out. In addition, key in the voucher code VIP10.
